Fresh and flavorful salmon salad lettuce wraps made with Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers, zesty Dijon sauce, lemon juice, crisp celery, and red onion. Served in romaine leaves and topped with dill—perfect for a light, healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced

  • 2 Tbsp red onion, finely diced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves (for cups)

  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

  1. Pan-fry Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers and chop finely.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Add the diced celery and red onion, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spoon the salmon salad evenly into each romaine lettuce leaf.

  4. Garnish each lettuce cup with fresh dill. Serve with lemon wedges on the side and enjoy!
