Cajun Garlic Cod

Ingredients
4 pieces of Trident Seafoods Pubhouse Battered Alaska Cod
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Prepare the Trident Seafoods Pubhouse Battered Alaska Cod according to the package instructions.
While Cod is cooking, in a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Place the cooked cod pieces on a baking sheet or serving plate. Brush or drizzle the Cajun garlic oil over each piece of cod. Top with lemon slices. If baking, place the cod in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld and the oil to absorb into the cod.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
