This Salmon Caesar Bake is a savory twist on comfort food, combining flaky chopped Trident Seafoods Alaska Salmon Burgers with crispy bacon, creamy Caesar dressing, and a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses—all wrapped in golden pizza dough. Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pizza dough
4 Trident Seafoods Alaska Salmon Burgers, prepared according to package directions, roughly chopped
1 cup prepared bacon, chopped
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup Caesar dressing
Flour, for dusting the cutting board
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425º F. Divide the pizza dough into 6 even pieces. Roll out each piece into a rectangular shape.
Spread the Caesar dressing, being sure to leave about an inch on all sides. Then top with Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers and bacon.
Follow with a handful of mozzarella cheese. Roll it up and place it to rest on an oiled baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and ingredients.
Apply a small amount of Caesar dressing on the outside. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for about 17-20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
