Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb pizza dough

  • 4 Trident Seafoods Alaska Salmon Burgers, prepared according to package directions, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup prepared bacon, chopped

  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing

  • Flour, for dusting the cutting board

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425º F. Divide the pizza dough into 6 even pieces. Roll out each piece into a rectangular shape.

  2. Spread the Caesar dressing, being sure to leave about an inch on all sides. Then top with Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers and bacon.

  3. Follow with a handful of mozzarella cheese. Roll it up and place it to rest on an oiled baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and ingredients.

  4. Apply a small amount of Caesar dressing on the outside. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for about 17-20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
