Ingredients

  • 8 oz Louis Kemp Crab Delights Leg Style, gently pulled into chunks

  • 2 packs instant ramen

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 egg

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced

  • 1 green chili, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a medium pot and add ramen noodles and seasoning packet.

  2. Cook noodles for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add crab legs on top and let warm gently for 1–2 minutes.

  4. Crack the egg directly into the center without stirring—let it poach in the hot broth.

  5. Top with green onion, red chili, and green chili. Serve immediately and enjoy hot.
