Alaska Salmon Burgers are chopped and served over crisp romaine with cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion, cheddar cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. This hearty, flavor-packed salad is a fresh twist on a classic burger experience—perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers, prepared according to package instructions, roughly chopped

  • 2 small heads romaine lettuce

  • 1½ cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup pickles

  • ½ medium red onion

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • Thousand Island dressing, to taste

Directions

  1. Add Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles and onion to a cutting board and chop everything together into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Divide evenly between 4 bowls. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then drizzle the chopped salmon burger salads with Thousand Island dressing and enjoy!
