Honey Garlic Cod over Rice

Ingredients
4 Trident Pubhouse Battered Alaska Cod fillets, prepared according to package instructions
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup whole-grain Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Cooked white rice, for serving
1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro, for garnish
1 lemon, sliced, for garnish
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and fragrant, about 1 minute. Whisk in the honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cooked Trident Pubhouse Battered Alaska Cod filets to the pan, turn them to coat with sauce. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes to make the sauce stick.
Serve the honey garlic cod over rice, garnished with cilantro and lemon slices. Enjoy!
