Crispy, golden cod fillets are drenched in tangy buffalo sauce and nestled between soft brioche buns. Topped with cool, crunchy lettuce, tartar sauce, and tomatoes, this sandwich is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. Perfect for a satisfying and flavorful meal that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 Trident Pubhouse Battered Alaska Cod filets, prepared according to package directions 

  • 2 Tbsp buffalo sauce 

  • 2 brioche burger buns, toasted 

  • 2 Tbsp tartar sauce  

  • 1 tomato, sliced 

  • 1 little gem lettuce, shredded 

  • Sweet potato fries, for serving  

Directions

  1. Spread the base of the toasted buns with the tartar sauce. Place a couple slices of tomato on top, then add the Trident Pubhouse Battered Alaska Cod filets. 

  2. Drizzle with buffalo sauce then top with the shredded lettuce and the bun tops. 

  3. Serve warm with sweet potato fries.
