Trident Ultimate Fish Sticks are nestled in scoop-style tortilla chips with zesty lime crema, shredded cabbage, guacamole, and fresh cilantro. These bite-sized tacos are perfect for parties or snacks, bursting with bold, fresh flavors and served with lime wedges for an extra zing.
Ingredients
12 Trident The Ultimate Fish Sticks
1/4 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
1 lime, juiced and zested
Salt, to taste
24 scoop-style tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded cabbage (red or green)
1/4 cup guacamole
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Directions
Prepare the Trident The Ultimate Fish Sticks according to package instructions. Once cooked, cut each fish stick in half to make 24 pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream (or Mexican crema) with the lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until smooth and set aside.
Top each scoop of tortilla chip with a pinch of shredded cabbage and a small spoonful of guacamole. Place a piece of fish stick on top, then drizzle the lime crema over the top, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Arrange the Fish Taco Bites on a platter and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side, and enjoy!
