Crab Patty

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 ½ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs Divided

  • 3 Green Onions Sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Chili Sauce

  • 1 16-oz package Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake

  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Wasabi Mayo

  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tablespoons Wasabi

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey


  • 1 Cup Cucumber Thinly Sliced

  • 1 Avocado Sliced

  • 4 Burger Rolls of your choice


  1. Burger: Combine eggs, 1 cup breadcrumbs, sliced green onions, garlic chili sauce, and crab flakes in a stand-up mixer. Mix using the paddle attachment on medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture comes together and is sticky. Form four patties approximately 4 inches in diameter by a half-inch thick. Preheat vegetable oil on a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge the patties in the remaining breadcrumbs. Pan-fry the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  2. Build: Toast rolls if desired. Spread wasabi mayo on each roll. Layer the cucumber and avocado onto the burgers.
