Asian-Style Crab Cups are crispy wonton shells filled with a fresh slaw of cabbage, carrots, green onions, and Louis Kemp Crab Delights. Tossed in a tangy mix of rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cilantro, with a touch of honey, these bite-sized treats are perfect for parties or light snacks.
Ingredients
8 oz Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake Style, chopped
24 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray or neutral oil
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin tins and lightly spray or brush with oil. Bake 7–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
Mix Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake Style, green and red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey (if using) to the crab mixture and toss until well coated.
Spoon the mixture into cooled wonton cups and serve immediately.
