Nashville Hot Honey Nuggets

Crispy Wild Alaska Pollock nuggets tossed in a fiery Nashville hot honey glaze made with butter, honey, cayenne, and spices. Served with cool ranch and fresh celery sticks for the perfect balance of heat and refreshment.
Ingredients
18 oz Crispy Battered Sauceable Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 Tbsp honey
1½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ cup ranch dressing
Celery sticks
Directions
Prepare the Crispy Battered Sauceable Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then whisk in honey, cayenne, paprika, red pepper flakes and garlic powder until smooth and glossy.
Add hot fish nuggets to a large bowl and toss gently with the Nashville hot honey sauce until evenly coated.
Transfer nuggets to a bowl.
Serve immediately with ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side.
