Grilled Sweet & Spicy Wild Alaska Pollock

  • 1/4 Cup Blackberry Jam

  • 4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (Dried)

  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

  • Cooking Spray

  • Fresh Cilantro, chopped

  • 4 Fillets Trident Seafoods® Wild Caught Alaska Pollock Fish Fillets


(For best results prepare using frozen fillets)

  1. In a small bowl, combine jam, mustard, oregano and cayenne. Set aside.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high.

  3. Spray the fillet on both sides with cooking spray.

  4. Grill Fillets for 5 minutes. Turn over fillets and brush with jam mixture; cook for 2 minutes. Turn fillets and brush again, cook another minute.

  5. Sprinkle fillets with cilantro and serve.
