Seasoned with a touch of Old Bay for a savory kick, each bite delivers a perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and citrusy goodness—ideal for summer gatherings or a quick, elegant snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package Louis Kemp Crab Delights® Chunk Style, chopped

  • 1 English cucumber

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp  light mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

  • Old Bay seasoning, to taste

Directions

  1. Slice cucumber into 1-inch rounds. Use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out the center of each slice, leaving a base to form a cup.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped Louis Kemp Crab Delights® Chunk Style, lemon juice, mayonnaise, cilantro, and red onion. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spoon the crab mixture into each cucumber cup.

  4. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning to taste. Serve chilled.
