Flake and tender whitefish loins are made from whole fillets of Wild Alaska Pollock that deliver quality and 26 grams of protein per portion. Easy to prepare and versatile, try it with a cracker crumb topping served with vegetables, or prepare it with your favorite seasonings to be featured in a protein-packed rice bowl.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 450°F. Lightly wrap the loin portion in aluminum foil and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Pan-Fry

Oil a non-stick pan and preheat to medium-high. Cook loin portions 16-17 minutes or until cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 450° F. Place loin portion on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, top loin with sauce, seasoning, and/or breadcrumbs before baking.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at or below 0°f until ready to cook.

Thawing is not recommended.
