Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 450° F. Place frozen fish sticks on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet, and cook for 15 to 17 minutes until crisp. Turn the product halfway through bake time for best results.

Air Fryer

Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer, cook for 10 to 11 minutes.

Microwave (1100W)

Cook 3 fish sticks on high power for 1 ½ minutes
