Smoked Salmon with Avocado and Goat Cheese Tartines

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Portlock® Nova Style Smoked Sockeye Salmon - Sliced 1.5 lb Fillet 410083

  • 2 Red Onions (Thinly Sliced)

  • 1/2 Cup Lime Juice

  • To taste Salt

  • 12 Slices Artisan Bread

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 6 Medium Avocado, peeled & pitted

  • Korean Pepper

  • 12 Ounces Goat Cheese (Crumbled)

  • Fresh Thyme (Chopped)

Directions

  1. Combine onions, lime and salt and let stand until wilted.

  2. Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast.

  3. Spread slices with avocado and season with salt and Korean pepper. Top with goat cheese, pickled onions and smoked salmon. Sprinkle with thyme and olive oil

  4. Serve.
