SEA LEGS® Spicy Surimi Ramen

  • 1 pound SEA LEGS® Real Simple™ Flake CN 428674

  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger

  • 8 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 pound fresh udon or ramen noodles, cooked and drained

  • 4 ounces baby bok choy, cut in quarters lengthwise, blanched and cooled

  • 2 ounces frozen corn kernels, thawed

  • 2 each boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise

  • garnish Thinly sliced scallions


1. Heat oil in large saucepan and sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and ginger and cook. Stir in broth, chili garlic sauce and soy sauce. 2. To serve, divide noodles surimi, bok choy, corn and eggs between 4 bowls. Divide broth between bowls and sprinkle with scallions.
