- 1 package Trident Seafoods® Wild-Caught Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon
- 2 cup crème fraiche
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Grated zest from 2 large lemons
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- Salt and pepper
- 2 heads butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed, and trimmed
- 6 each hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 8 ounce bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 each avocados, diced
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted and salted pistachios
