Wild Alaska Pollock & Swiss Burger

Wild Alaska Pollock & Swiss Burger


  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Hungarian Pickled Peppers Oil
  • Salt & Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 12 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 12 Each Seeded Rolls (split and toasted)
  • Arugula
  • 24 Slices Bacon (cooked)
  • 12 oz Hungarian Pickled Peppers (drained)
  • 12 Each Wild Alaska Pollock Burger 4 oz IQF 421800


Combine mayonnaise with pickled pepper oil*.

Grill or pan-fry burgers, top with cheese and melt.

Spread cut sides of rolls with mayo mixture. Add arugula, 2 slices bacon, burger, 1 oz peppers and the top of the roll.

*Reserve the oil when draining the Hungarian pickled peppers.
