Sockeye Citrus Salad


  • 12 Pieces Redi Grilled™ Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Portion 4 oz 415192
  • 4 Fennel, thinly shaved, fronds reserved
  • 8 Naval oranges, segmented
  • 2 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Juice of 4 Lemons
  • 2-3 Tablespoon Harissa
  • 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Micro cilantro
  • Fennel Fronds
  • Fennel Pollen


1. Combine fennel, orange segments, cucumbers, salt, pepper, lemons, harissa and olive oil. Divide between 12 plates, top with fish, cilantro, fennel fronds and fennel pollen.
