SEA LEGS® Wild Alaska Seafood Roll

- 1 pound SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood 412027
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chesapeake Bay style seasoning
Make Seafood Salad: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
Build: Melt butter in a large skillet and toast outside of split-top rolls on either side until golden brown. In each roll, evenly layer shredded lettuce and surimi salad. Serve with salt and vinegar chips or fries.
