1 pound Captain Jac® Real Simple Flake Style Surimi Seafood
2 each Celery stalks, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
A few drops of Hot sauce
4 each New England style split top hot dog buns
2 Tablespoons Melted butter
Combine the surimi, celery, lemon, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon zest and hot sauce.
Brush the sides of the buns with butter and griddle until golden on both sides.
Fill with the surimi mixture and serve.
