Louis Kemp® Hawaiian Surimi Sliders

Ingredients
- Surimi-Rice Patty:
- 1 cup Louis Kemp® Super Shreds Surimi Seafood 7929692400
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 tablespoon furikake seasoning
- 1 each large egg
- 1/2 tablespoon potato starch
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- Sesame Mayo:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- Spam:
- 1/2 can Spam, sliced into (6) 2x2 squares
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- Build:
- 24 pieces Sliced tomato
- 24 pieces Green leaf lettuce
- 24 each Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Directions
Make Surimi-Rice Patties: Mix all patty ingredients except teriyaki sauce by hand until fully incorporated. Using a 2-ounce scoop, measure and form patties pressing lightly. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 days with proper storage.
Make Sesame Mayo: Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until use.
Cook Patties and Spam: Sear slider patties in sauté pan for approximately 3 minutes, then turn. Pour teriyaki sauce on top of each and finish in convection oven approximately 2 more minutes. While surimi patties are in oven, sear spam on both sides and brush lightly with teriyaki.
Build
Layer Hawaiian Sweet Rolls with sesame mayo, lettuce, tomato, surimi-rice patty and Spam.
