Ingredients
3 Cups Labneh or Greek Yogurt
3/4 Fresh Parsley, chopped
3/4 Cup Mint (Chopped)
3/4 Cup Chives, chopped
3 large Garlic Cloves (Minced)
Salt & Pepper
3 lb Green Beans (Trimmed)
3 lb Cauliflower, cut into florets
Fry Batter
Directions
Puree labneh, parsley, mint, chives and garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry green beans and cauliflower, season with salt. Smear labneh on plates, top with green beans, cauliflower and cod, sprinkle with scallions and serve.
