Ingredients
- 12 PubHouse® Golden Ale Beer Battered Wild Alaska Pollock 3oz 
- 6 Cups Pineapple (peeled and chopped) 
- 1 1/2 Cups Red Onions (Finely Chopped) 
- 1/2 Cup Jalapeno Jam 
- 1 1/2 English Cucumber, diced 
- 3 Fresno or Jalapeno Peppers, minced 
- 6 Tbsp rice Vinegar 
- Salt & Pepper 
- 3 lbs French Fries 
- Micro Basil 
- Hawaiian Black Salt 
Directions
- Combine pineapple, onion, jam, cucumber, Fresno pepper, rice vinegar and season. Serve with cooked fries and Wild Alaska Pollock, sprinkled with black salt.
