5 ounce diced tomatoes
3 ounce diced poblano pepper
2 ounce diced red onion
1/2 ounce chopped cilantro
2 ounce mayonnaise
2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce kosher salt
Combine surimi seafood, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice and salt. Add mayonnaise to surimi mixture and fold lightly to combine.
