1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
Juice and zest of 1 Lime
1 Tablespoon Thai Green Curry Paste
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Umeboshi Vinegar
10 oz Green Cabbage (shredded)
5 oz Purple Cabbage, shredded
1/2 Cup Cilantro leaves
Salt & Pepper
24 Corn Tortillas
Combine all ingredients for slaw, and season.
Fry tortillas until puffed and crisp.
To serve, top each tortilla with 1 oz. slaw, 1/2 piece of fish, Sprinkle with shiso and black sesame seeds.
