Bering Sea BBQ Burger

Bering Sea BBQ Burger


  • 12 Each Wild Alaska Pollock Burger 4 oz IQF 421800
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 12 Each Burger Rolls (split and toasted)
  • 12 Cups Romaine Lettuce (Shredded)
  • 3 Each Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 18 oz Battered Onion Rings
  • Cilantro Sprigs


Prepare burgers and onion rings per package instructions

Combine mayonnaise, cumin, and salt & pepper.

Spread mayo mixture on cut sides of buns. Add Romaine leaves, avocado, Pollock burger, BBQ sauce, onion rings and cilantro sprigs. Cover with top of bun and serve.
