Louis Kemp Sushi Nachos

Nacho Crab

  • 1 16-oz package Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake

  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

  • 2 Tablespoons Siracha

  • Pinch of Salt

Wonton Chips

  • 20 Wonton Wrappers cut in half at a diagonal into triangles

  • Vegetable Oil for frying


  • 1 Avocado Sliced

  • ½ Cup Cucumber Diced

  • Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish


  1. Nacho Crab: Hand shred the crab flakes to the desired size. Mix with mayonnaise, lime juice, siracha, and salt. Chill in refrigerator.

  2. Wonton Chips: Heat oil to 350° for frying. Fry wonton triangles for approximately 30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain and cool on paper towels.

  3. Nachos: Layer the wonton chips, nacho crab, sliced avocado, diced cucumber, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
