Ingredients
4 Trident Beer Battered Cod filets
4 waffles (homemade or store-bought)
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
Honey, maple syrup, or hot honey (for serving)
Butter (optional, for serving)
Hot sauce (optional, for serving)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Lightly dust the frozen Trident Beer Battered Cod filets with the spice mixture on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the seasoned cod filets on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
