Air Fryer

Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place the desired amount in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes. Flip portions halfway through cooking time.

Conventional Oven

Preheat to 475°F. Place frozen portions on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet, and cook for 15 to 17 minutes. Flip portions halfway through cooking time.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at or below 0°f until ready to cook.
