Our pre-cut Wild Alaska Salmon portions are made from wild-caught Alaska Keta salmon and are a great protein source for the perfect salmon Caesar or for adding to your favorite pasta dish.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Air Fryer
Set airfryer to 375°F, place the salmon skin-side down in the basket. Cook 1 – 2 portions 22 - 24 minutes from frozen or 13 - 15 minutes from thawed.
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F and place salmon on a non-stick baking sheet, skin-side down. Bake whole fillet for 30 to 32 minutes from frozen, or 15 to 17 minutes from thawed. Bake 1 to 2 portions for 19 to 21 minutes from frozen, or 12 to 14 minutes from thawed.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
Keep frozen at or below 0°f until ready to cook.
Overnight thaw (preferred): Pierce bag and thaw under refrigeration for 8-12 hours keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2-3 days.
Quick Thaw: Place sealed bag under cold water bath for 30 minutes. Use immediately following quick thaw.
