Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock Mango Madness Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz 
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 
- 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar 
- 2 tsp Wasabi Paste 
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil 
- 6 Cups Sushi Rice 
- 3 Mango (pitted, peeled & diced) 
- 2-3 English Cucumber, thinly sliced 
- 1 Bunch Scallions, thinly sliced 
Directions
- Mix together the soy, vinegar, wasabi and sesame oil and pour over the Pollock. 
- To serve, fill bowls with 6 oz (1 cup) rice, 4 oz. Pollock, 2 oz. mangoes, 1 oz. cucumber and top with scallions and ikura. 
- Serve with sriracha mayo.
