Szechuan Peppercorn Wild Alaska Pollock Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 3 lb Wild Alaska Pollock Diamond Cut, 0.36 oz, Skinless, Boneless 
- 3 lb String Beans 
- 6 Cloves Garlic, minced 
- 1.5 oz Ginger, shredded 
- 18 Dried Red Chiles 
- 3 Tbsp Szechuan Peppercorns 
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce 
- 1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce 
- Salt (to taste) 
- Steamed Rice 
Directions
- Stir-fry Redi Cuts™. Set aside, covered. 
- Stir fry garlic, ginger, dried red chiles, and peppercorns until fragrant. Add beans, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and salt. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until hot. 
- Re-add Redi-cuts and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. 
- Serve with rice.
