12 Pieces Wild & Simple Batter Redi™ Wild Alaska Pollock 2.75 lb Deep Skinned, Boneless 424915
3 Cups Flour
3 Cups Cornstarch
3 Cans Beer
1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
Add flour, cornstarch, beer, eggs, and salt to a bowl. Mix well.
Dip individual Alaskan Pollock pieces into the batter. Deep fry at 375°F.
Serve with French fries and dipping sauce.
