Wild Alaska Pollock with Crispy Cheddar Shells

4 oz Scallions, finely shredded
3/4 Cup Tahini
4 1/2 Tablespoons Mirin Wine
1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
2.5 lb Package 10g™ Protein Noodles (10lb case) 7929692800
3/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
3 Each English Cucumber, cut into batons
3/4 Cup Frozen Peas, thawed
Urfa Biber Pepper
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Put scallions in ice water to curl.
Combine tahini, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, mustard and honey. Season with salt, to taste.
To serve: divide 10g Protein Noodles™ between serving dishes and top with 2 tablespoons sauce. Sprinkle with feta, cucumbers, peas, Urfa pepper, scallions and sesame seeds.
