SEA LEGS® Surimi Rolls

SEA LEGS® Surimi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound
  • 2 each Celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
  • few drops Hot sauce
  • 4 each New England style split top hot dog buns
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted butter

Directions

1. Combine the surimi, celery, lemon, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon zest and hot sauce.
2. Brush the sides of the buns with butter and griddle until golden on both sides.
3. Fill with surimi mixture and serve.
