Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Salmon B.L.A.S.T.
- LEMON MAYONNAISE
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 12 each pretzel buns, split in half and toasted
- 1 1/2 cup avocado, mashed
- 12 ounce green leaf lettuce
- 12 each Redi Grilled™ Alaskan Salmon 4oz 410337
- 24-36 each large tomato slices
- 24 each slices cooked bacon, cut in half
1. Heat Redi Grill Salmon.
2. In a small bowl, mix together ingredients for Lemon Mayonnaise.
3. To serve, assemble sandwich working from the bottom slice, up. Add 2 tablespoons avocado, 1 oz. lettuce, 1 Salmon fillet, 2–3 tomato slices, and 2 slices bacon. Then spread top slice of bread with 1 tablespoon lemon mayonnaise, and close sandwich.
