3 lb Tater Tots (prepared)
Wasabi Mayonnaise
Tonkatsu Sauce
Katsuobushi
Togarashi (7 Blend Spice)
Shredded Chile Threads
Shiso
Directions
Combine cooked cod bites and tater tots and divide between heated mini-iron skillets. Drizzle with wasabi mayonnaise, and tonkatsu and sprinkle each with katsuobushi, togarashi, chile threads and shiso.
