Keep Frozen at 0 °F until ready to use. Use within 24 months.
To maintain product quality, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Shelf life of thawed unopened vacuum package with intact seal (bag should not be loose) is 30 days at refrigerated temperatures (32 – 38°F). Refreezing is not recommended.
Once package is opened or if bag is loose, product should be treated as a fresh fish product with a 3–5 day shelf life under proper refrigerated conditions.
