What's New at Trident for Seafood Expo North America 2026
This year, Trident's new Crispy Battered Sauceable Nuggets have been named a Seafood Excellence Awards finalist. Made from Wild Alaska Pollock, the nuggets hold their crispy texture even when sauced or hot-held, making them the perfect choice for food service operators who want to keep pace with today's bold, flavor-forward menus.
