These are things I wish for all people everywhere, and according to Chinese astrology, they're coming our way as we prepare to welcome the Year of the Wood Dragon on February 10, the start of the Lunar New Year.
这些是我对所有Trident（海神叉）员工的诚挚祝福。根据中国星相学，2月10日我们将迎来农历新年木龙年，而这些好运也将接踵而至。
Lunar New Year—also known as Chinese New Year or Spring Festival in China—celebrates the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year on the lunar calendar. For billions of people around the world, it’s an important holiday that is celebrated with family reunions, rich cultural traditions, dancing and fireworks.
农历新年（在中国也称为中国新年或春节）是人们庆祝农历上春天的到来和新年开始的节日。对于世界各地数十亿人来说，这是一个非常重要的传统节日。人们通过与家人团聚、参与丰富多彩的文化传统活动、跳舞和燃放烟花等来庆祝。在木龙年来临之际，我向所有庆祝这一节日的人们致以最美好的祝愿。

The Dragon: A symbol of strength and fortune

The Dragon is considered the luckiest year in the Chinese zodiac. Dragon years are associated with accomplishment, longevity, success, celebrations and wealth. If that's what this year brings, it should be a prosperous time indeed for Trident and all of us.
龙年被认为是中国十二生肖年中最幸运的一个。龙年与成就、长寿、成功、庆典和财富有关。如果这些是龙年所带来的好运，那么对于Trident（海神叉）和我们所有人来说，这的确应该是繁荣的一年。

We can use this as an opportunity to reflect on how we might embody some of the traits associated with the coming year. I have read that Dragon years fare well for those with a competitive and optimistic spirit, so I encourage you to be bold and brave while exhibiting compassion and open-mindedness. Make your mark. After all, change is what we’re after, and the dragon is here to help as we boldly chart a new path for Trident and our industry.
我们可以借此为契机来展现龙年为我们带来特有的力量和精神。我曾经读到过，龙年适合那些具有竞争意识和乐观精神的人们发展，所以我鼓励你们要大胆地和勇敢地去发挥你们的才能，同时也展现出同情心和开放的心态。毕竟，改变才是我们所追求的。当我们果敢地为Trident（海神叉）和我们的行业发展绘制一条新道路时，巨龙就会为我们保驾护航。
