Made from flaky whole fillets of Wild Alaska Pollock, our Crispy Fish Sticks deliver delicious flavor and satisfying crunch in every bite. Air Fryer

Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place desired amount in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 8 to 9 minutes.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen portions on a parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 15 to 16 minutes, turning fish portions halfway through bake time.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Keep frozen at or below 0°f until ready to cook.
