1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Hungarian Pickled Peppers Oil
Salt & Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
12 Slices Swiss Cheese
12 Each Seeded Rolls (split and toasted)
24 Slices Bacon (cooked)
12 oz Hungarian Pickled Peppers (drained)
12 Each Wild Alaska Pollock Burger 4 oz IQF 421800
Combine mayonnaise with pickled pepper oil*.
Grill or pan-fry burgers, top with cheese and melt.
Spread the cut sides of the rolls with mayo mixture. Add arugula, 2 slices bacon, burger, 1 oz peppers and the top of the roll.
*Reserve the oil when draining the Hungarian pickled peppers.
