Louis Kemp® Delightfuller Crab Cake Bites

Ingredients
2.5 lb Louis Kemp® Super Shreds Surimi Seafood 7929692400
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup ½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3/4 cup Fresh parsley, minced
1/4 cup Lemon juice
3/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
3/4 tsp Smoked paprika
3/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
Directions
Prep:
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl or an electric mixer. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Move to refrigeration and store until needed
Assembly:
Using a ½ oz scoop, portion and roll balls into 1” diameter pieces. Lay balls evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake in a 425° oven on low fan for 8-10 minutes. The recipe should render around 140 1-inch balls, approximately 4 balls per guest.
Service:
Serve balls with tartar and cocktail sauce.
