Ingredients

  • 18 oz Crispy Battered Sauceable ​Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • ⅓ cup hot sauce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • Celery sticks

  • Carrot sticks

Directions

  1. Prepare the Crispy Battered Sauceable ​Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets according to package directions until golden and crispy.

  2. While the fish cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, whisk in hot sauce and garlic powder until smooth and glossy.
