SEA LEGS® Vichi Nacho Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood 412027
  • 3/4 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeño, small diced
  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp Chipotle pepper, ground
  • 2 cups Guacamole

Directions

Combine SEA LEGS® Surimi with all ingredients except for guacamole.

Place in an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Serve surimi vichi over guacamole with chips.
