SEA LEGS® Smoked Surimi Dip Crostini

- 1 cup SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood 412027
- 1/4 cup Green onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Ground Chipotle chili pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 12 each Baguette crostini
Place all ingredients except for surimi and sesame seeds in a food processor and pulse until combined.
Lightly shred SEA LEGS® Surimi and place into the food processor and pulse briefly, 1-2 seconds each, until the surimi is fully flake and combined with cream cheese.
Serve smoked surimi dip spread on toasted crostini garnished with sesame seeds.
