Ingredients

  • 1 pound SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood 412027

  • 5 ounce diced tomatoes

  • 3 ounce diced poblano pepper

  • 2 ounce diced red onion

  • 1/2 ounce chopped cilantro

  • 2 ounce mayonnaise

  • 2 ounce lime juice

  • 1/4 ounce kosher salt

Directions

Combine surimi seafood, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice and salt. Add mayonnaise to surimi mixture and fold lightly to combine.
