Ingredients

  • 12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock Portions 4oz Fully Cooked 420209

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

  • Juice and zest of 1 Lime

  • 1 Tablespoon Thai Green Curry Paste

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tablespoon Umeboshi Vinegar

  • 10 oz Green Cabbage (shredded)

  • 5 oz Purple Cabbage, shredded

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro leaves

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 24 Corn Tortillas

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for slaw, and season.

  2. Fry tortillas until puffed and crisp.

  3. To serve, top each tortilla with 1 oz. slaw, 1/2 piece of fish, Sprinkle with shiso and black sesame seeds.
